Our Story

Talking about my company is an opportunity to tell about a passion that comes from afar.

The company, directly managed, follows a family tradition of over 5 generations that has its roots in the nineteenth century. Initially, agricultural activity was traditional and focused on almonds, fodder, cereals and olives for oil (about 400 "Nocellara del Belice" trees planted in the early 1900s). In the 1960s my father converted the part of the cereal sector towards the vineyards with a gradual change, without abrupt turns.

Continuing a family "tradition" has presented me with a fundamental choice: not to lose the memory of the roots by opening up to the new.

In 2006 I took over the management of the entire company, in 2009 I planted the "grillo" vineyard and 700 new "Nocellara del Belice" olive trees, in 2011 the "Catarratto" vineyard. With me, in 2010 the company subjected itself to the organic farming method, believing in it as a safeguard for the environment and for human well-being. In February of this year, the company obtained the QS-Qualità Sicura Sicilia mark.

In 2014 I began a new adventure, for the first time in the history of the company, I complete the wine production chain with the vinification and bottling of the Nero d'Avola planted by my father in 2000.

... thus the "306" was born and to follow in 2016 the "204" ...
